Xylleria provides an online food delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants and delivery services across the UK. We facilitate the ordering and delivery of food items from participating restaurants to customers' specified locations.

3. User Accounts

To place orders through our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not transfer your account to another person

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Process

When you place an order through our platform:

  • You make an offer to purchase food items from the restaurant
  • The restaurant confirms your order, creating a binding contract
  • Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation
  • You will receive confirmation via email and SMS

4.2 Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes
  • Delivery fees and service charges are clearly displayed before checkout
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods
  • Payment must be completed before order processing begins

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver to specified postcodes within our service areas. Delivery availability may vary based on location, time, and weather conditions.

5.2 Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only
  • Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control
  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances

5.3 Delivery Requirements

  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery
  • You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement if preparation has not begun. After this time, cancellations are subject to restaurant approval and may incur charges.

6.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided for undelivered orders or significant quality issues
  • Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of scheduled delivery
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Partial refunds may be offered for minor issues

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Use automated systems to access the service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm delivery personnel or restaurant staff
  • Provide false or misleading information

9.1 Food Quality

While we work with quality restaurants, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of food items. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should verify ingredients with restaurants directly.

9.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions of restaurants, delivery partners, or other third parties. Our role is to facilitate connections between customers and service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Xylleria's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UK law. The arbitration will take place in England and Wales.
